For anyone thats thinking of stepping into the organization of offering wholesale products at retail selling prices, the very first thing that comes to intellect is, where do I get the wholesale items from? The 2nd consideration is going to be, which wholesalers or fall shippers can i believe in?

Absent tend to be the days when adult males would just don something they d inside the closet. As of late, adult males are just as fashion conscious as females, and they are willing to invest funds to purchase the clothes they like. In actual fact, plenty of men like to buy model title outfits for the reason that they are guaranteed to be of excellent top quality and elegance. When they can buy branded mens dress in at wholesale price ranges, then they may go out and buy much more of these inexpensive high quality clothes.

I can, however, provide a generalized answer. Consumer Electronics: Since most of the manufacturing is done in China and assembly in USA, majority of consumer electronics are cheaper in the USA.

This includes products like cellphones, laptops, cameras, televisions et cetera. These products are then exported to India as a whole. Duties and taxes are added to the original cost making them expensive. Automotive and parts: Same story follows. Even if they have production plants in India, they have to import parts from overseas. Despite being a highly populated country, India is not a big market for automotives.

China, Japan, Germany, South Korea and the United States are ranked among the world’s largest five car producers. Very few automakers are based in India, and a lot of them are based in the USA. Clothing and accessories: You can easily buy a good pair of denim jeans for $30-$50 in the USA (or INR 2100 to 3500). In India, a good pair will cost you anywhere between 3000-7000. Same is applicable to shoes, watches, wallets and the likes.

Keep in mind that we are talking about quality stuff and not local ripoffs. Gasoline, for obvious reasons. These are things I care about. I have no idea about furniture, beauty products, sports equipment, or anything else I haven't listed above. To sum it up, products/services that are absolute needs like food, stationary, books, construction materials, education, medicine are cheaper in India and everything else is cheaper in the USA.

There are some inexplicable exceptions, like video games, which are cheaper in India. You also have to keep in mind that $50 is not a big amount for most U.S. citizens and almost everyone can afford it. On the other hand, INR 3500 is a huge amount for most Indians to spend on clothing. This price gap originates from the fact that most companies are either U.S. based or have their headquarters there.

Setting up plants, distribution centers, retail shops; hiring and maintaining workforce; customer relations and service; planning and marketing: These  incur a huge cost to MNCs in foreign countries. They essentially have to build everything from scratch whenever they step into a new market. India is a new market.Disclaimer: These are all my opinions and speculations. I have no background in economy of the world or anything like that.

The answer is factually correct, but the reasons I provided may or may not be accurate.Jitendra Kumar Rathore, AnalystAnswered 60w agoHere are some stuffs which are quite cheaper compared to India. Uday Satpathy, Author, Blogger, Agile PractitionerUpdated 9w agoAfter doing some research, I came to the following conclusions:DSLRs are not necessarily cheaper in the US as compared to India. In fact, I searched for a few top products and found them to be cheaper in India. Check out the applicability of international warranty as well. I asked Nikon and they said that unless 'International Warranty' is specifically mentioned in the product description, all DSLRs bought from the US will have USA Warranty only.

You may still opt for an international warranty by SquareTrade, but I don't know how useful it is in India.Good Laptop bags e.g. from Samsonite and Swiss Army are cheaper in the USLaptops with better configurations are available in the US for a small premium over the standard ones available in India. Check however for international warranty. As far as I know, Lenovo offers it.Mobile phones (unlocked or the ones with no contracts) are a tricky category.

A lot of the times they are cheaper or at comparable prices in India. A friend of mine has been requesting me to bring him iPhones from the US. Usually whenever I compare the prices, I find them cheaper or almost equally priced in India. But, with so many sellers online we never know what kind of deal we may get. A good idea would be to go for the ones which are new and not yet released in India. An even better idea is to make a detailed comparison of the phone components in the US vis-a-vis India.

You never know if the processors are the same or not.Good quality bluetooth speakers are a good option. They are light-weight, so you can carry them easily.Jackets are of better quality and cheaper in the US.Perfumes. The same renowned brands and models are way costlier in India.Toys are cheaper in the US. But, size can be a constraint.Printed photo-albums are a great buy and good emotional gifts.

Use Walmart Photo Center. Even Walgreens will do.Kitchenware and cutlery are of comparable style and quality in India as well. If size and weight is a constraint, stay away from them. Though personally, I fell in love with the cast iron skillets available in the US. Too good and I have rarely seen such quality in India. But gosh, they are heavy.Electronic items for massage and pain relief are of good quality in the US.

You will find similar (and cheaper) items in India, but their quality is suspect. Such items can be precious gifts for parents and elders back home.Televisions are cheaper (and with better features) in the US. The big ones are too alluring but really tough to take along with you to India. There are technical compatibility issues as well. Don't bother with the smaller ones.If you can get them during Black Friday, tablets and notebooks can be really cheap in the US.

Travel routers like the RAVPower Filehub or HooToo are cheaper and are excellent purchases in the US. For those who don't know what RAVPower Filehub does: It generates its own wifi network (or can bridge into your wifi network) and creates a common network for all your storage devices. I use it with my External Hard Drive to convert it into a wireless device. That way, I can send pics and files from all mobiles in my house to the hard drive wirelessly.

I can even stream from the hard drive wirelessly. Plus it also acts as a powerbank.Digital Photo Albums of similar configuration are costlier in India. You can get good branded Sports shoes (Nike, Adidas, Reebok etc.) starting from $40-45 in the US. Though, I have not done an SKU-wise comparison, first looks (and my gut feeling) says that are of better quality than the ones they make available in India.

Oh yes. Thanks for reminding me. You can carry home duty-free liquor. I believe the carrying limit is 2 litres. It's usually best to buy it in the last leg/transit your flight. There are many airports which don't allow liquor in transit, so check that before you plan to carry it. I got Jack Daniels real cheap at London Heathrow. Anyways, you will find duty free shops at Indian airports when you arrive there through an international flight.

The prices there aren't drastically different from those in the US and the shops accept payment in even in dollars.I will add more as I recall.Note: During Black Friday and Holidays sales, a lot of the above items may be available real cheap. Pounce on them!Manasi Desai, Digital Marketing ManagerAnswered 50w agoHere is a list of products more cheaper in USA than India.electronic:- Laptops, mobile phones, computer / laptop spare parts, wireless wi-fi routers, laptop accessories, ear pods, head phones, i phone, i pad, tablets, some of the models of microsoft surface book and other many things are not available in India.

Primarily because am working in a city away from family and kept these all at my home town where none could effectively use them. Please make sure you list what you will use for sure, for example, a tablet , portable hard drive and a laptop are worth spending for.

...even chocolates are worth spending if you have nephew, niece ...etcJust dont over do it for something is cheap, may be that still isnt a worthy reason to buyDon't miss Thanks Giving sales, if you would still be there!!! :-)
